At Manitou Candle Co., we love partnering with shops, businesses, and individuals to create candles that feel intentional, beautiful, and ready to share. Whether you’re looking to stock our candles in your store, order in bulk for an event, or create a custom candle for your brand or celebration, you’ve come to the right place.

Wholesale Candles

  • We are proud to be on Faire for wholesale ordering.

  • Our wholesale collection includes both year-round bestsellers and seasonal favorites, all hand-poured with 100% soy wax and clean fragrances.

Bulk Orders (Non-Resale)

Don’t have a resale license but still need candles for an event, corporate gifting, or personal use? Bulk ordering is for you!

  • Bulk discounts are available on both our 3 oz travel tins and 11 oz reusable rocks glasses.

  • Bulk orders can be placed for our standard candles (exactly as sold in our shop and online) for quick turnaround.

  • You also have the option of customizing your bulk order (adding a custom label or creating a custom scent). There are additional fees for customization and lease allow additional time for this process. 

Bulk orders are the best option if you’d like a discount on higher quantities but don’t plan on reselling.

Custom Candle Orders

Looking for something truly one-of-a-kind? Our custom candle program is a detailed, collaborative process where we create candles tailored to your brand or event.

  • Custom candles can be ordered under either wholesale pricing (if you have a resale license) or bulk pricing (if you do not).

  • Custom scent development + approval and custom label design can take several weeks, so we ask for 2 months minimum lead time.

  • Additional fees apply to all custom orders, including:

    • Sample creation fee

    • Custom scent blend fee

    • Custom label design + printing fee (separate from candle pricing)

  • To begin the custom process, please reach out to schedule a call or in-person meeting. Our team will guide you through scent selection, label design, and vessel options to create candles that truly align with your brand. Please note: we do not accept walk-in appointments for custom creations.

Important 2025 Custom Order Deadlines

  • Holiday 2025 Orders: Custom order deadline is November 1, 2025. Rush fees apply for orders placed after this date if needed before December 25, 2025.
