Bulk Candle Orders

Perfect for events, client gifting, celebrations, and more - bulk ordering is a great way to share our handcrafted candles at a discounted rate. As a thank-you for your larger order, we offer tiered pricing based on quantity. Bulk ordering information here does not include any customization.

  • Choose between our 3 oz tins (3” diameter) with a 20 hour burn time, or our 11 oz glass jars (4.19” H x 3.25” W) with an 80 hour burn time
  • OPTIONAL: kraft box add-on available for glass candles ($0.10 per box)

Lead Times

Bulk orders (with no customization) typically have a lead time of 10-12 business days (depending on the size of the order) due to the small-batch nature of of our process.

While always do our best to ensure timely processing, if candles are needed ASAP, we will discuss the possibility of rush fees.

HOLIDAY DEADLINES:
Please note that September-January is our busy season. Lead times will increase during this time. To receive your order before December 24, 2025, all bulk orders must be placed no later than December 8, 2025. Orders placed after this date may be accepted with a $200 rush fee, based on availability.

Delivery Options

FREE LOCAL PICKUP:
Available at our retail shop, located at 4015 Eastern Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45226. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

SHIPPING:
All orders ship via USPS or UPS from Cincinnati, Ohio. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included on your invoice.
