Shipping + Returns
Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 store-open business days prior to orders shipping. Orders placed Sunday-Wednesday will be processed the following Tuesday. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so. Please keep in mind that your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.

You will receive a notification if your order is delayed or cancelled. There may be delays due to COVID-19, weather, holidays, and USPS delays that are beyond our control.
If your order is a gift, we can include a handwritten note with the order. Please include what you would like your handwritten not to say in the notes section of your cart when placing the order. We will include the hand written note on Manitou stationary and ship with the order.
- If you are in Cincinnati, Ohio, you can choose to pick up your online order at our Manitou Candle Co. brick and mortar location during our open business hours. Pick up is free and you will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up. Please arrive only after you receive the email that your order is ready and only during our store open hours. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
- Our store is located in the Columbia Tusculum neighborhood of Cincinnati.
We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Manitou Candle Co. do not have control over these circumstances.
Refunds + Returns:Our refund and return policy guarantees 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, unopened or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.
- At Manitou Candle Co. all of our Manitou candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
- Any reduced-price items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Manitou Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All returns must be initiated within 14 days from purchase date. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and issue store credit.
You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return.
